      ‘thank you’ to the Editor for the nod! I hope to help people be a tat more efficient, focused, and .. calmer when they use that time management tool.

      When you’re overly busy, it’s a great way to make space in your day, for you, who you want to be, what you want to do. Frugality with time means spending it on what matters.
